So there are two kinds of people in the world. First are those who have a skill for driving and second those who have to learn it. And tougher is to get a driver’s license in countries like Japan, where road safety and civic sense are considered high priority.

For those who do not know proper driving altogether may have a real tough time while learning to drive in Japan. Japan is considered to be a country where public transport is much better than other developed nations of the world. The cities are well connected through buses and bullet trains.
